Note: The Casa app makes use of the "secure enclave" on mobile devices. Desktop and laptop computers do not have this feature, so the Casa app is not available on desktop or laptop operating systems.

You can access basic account details and pay for your membership or update your payment method through our webapp at https://app.keys.casa, but please be wary of any other application that claims to be able to manage your Casa account on a desktop or laptop computer!

Also, Casa strongly recommends you do not install beta versions of iOS and the Android operating system as these betas can contain bugs and may cause issues.
