Enhanced Account Security: Verification Codes
Premium and Private members have an enhanced Account security verification protocol for account sensitive actions.
Verification Process:
Premium and Private clients can expect to verify themselves using a 6-digit Verification Code when interacting with our Client Advisor team for sensitive actions, such as changing emails, disabling 2FA, or recovering keys.
Booking a New Call After a Failed Attempt:
If you state the incorrect verification code three times, you will be asked to reschedule your call.
How to Ensure You’re Speaking to a Real Casa Representative:
You can now also verify your Client Advisor. Always ask the Casa Advisor for their Verification Code. This code will be visible in your app, ensuring the person you’re speaking to is a legitimate Casa advisor.
If you ever suspect you’ve been contacted by someone impersonating a Casa representative, contact us immediately to report this incident.
