How to Deposit Funds via Wire Transfer
- Online Banking: Many banks allow you to set up wire transfers through their website or mobile app.
- In-Person at a Bank Branch: You can visit your bank and request assistance from a teller.
- Phone Banking: Some banks allow wire transfers over the phone with identity verification.
To initiate the Wire Transfer from your bank’s website or mobile app:
- Log in to your online banking (if using online banking).
- Navigate to wire transfers (often under “transfers” or “payments”).
- Enter the Zero Hash recipient details carefully- these are provided for you in the “Wire Deposit Instructions” screen in the casa app
- Select the transfer amount & currency
- currency must be usd. please convert in your bank before sending if your local currency is not usd
- Review fees (banks often charge fees for wire transfers in addition to zero hash’s bank processing fee).
- Confirm & submit the transfer request.
Track the Transfer
- You should receive a confirmation number or notice from your bank.
- Check the Estimated Processing Time (domestic wires usually process within 24 hours, while international wires can take 2–5 business days).
- Some banks allow you to track the status of your wire online.
