How to Change Your Account Email
Casa email account changes.
To update the email address associated with your account, please follow these steps:
1. Submit a Request: Send an email to help@team.casa with the subject line “Email Change Request.”
2. From Your Current Email: Ensure that the request is sent from the email address currently associated with your Casa account.
3. Provide Your Details: In the body of the email, include:
•Your current email address
•The new email address you want to use
4. Video Verification (Premium and Private Clients): If you are a Premium or Private Client, you will need to join a video verification call as part of the process. Please ensure that your shared account member is also available to join the call if applicable.
