Email troubleshooting

Casa uses email for some account security actions. Because of this, we recommend that you use a password manager to generate and save a strong password for your email account, and that you use non-SMS 2FA (2-factor authentication) on your email account.


If you are not receiving system-generated emails like the email to verify your email address or reset your account password, please check your "Spam" or other folders in your email inbox to see if the email is there.

Additionally, some email services have the ability to allow or block specific email addresses. You could try going into your email settings and seeing if there is a specific block around Casa-related email addresses. If possible, try specifically allowing the following email address:

We have historically had some deliverability issues with Microsoft email addresses, including Hotmail, so if you are using one of these addresses, we recommend you sign up for a new account with a different address instead.
