How to Deposit Funds via Wire Transfer

Wire transfers are ideal for large deposits, with no upper limit on amount. Funds typically arrive the same day when sent before 4pm ET on a business day.

Minimum deposit: $10,000

Steps:

  1. Go to the Buy/Sell tab and open your Cash account.
  2. Tap "Deposit."
  3. On the "Deposit From" screen, select "Wire Transfer."
  4. Use the bank details shown on the "Wire Deposit Instructions" screen to send the funds from your bank to Zero Hash.

Weekend and holiday wires:

Wire transfers are processed on business days only. If you send a wire on a Saturday, Sunday, or a federal holiday, your bank will not transmit the funds until the next business day. As a result, your deposit will not be reflected in your Zero Hash account until that business day — typically by end of day if received before 4pm ET. We recommend sending wires on weekdays to avoid delays.

Fees:

  • Domestic wire: $25 (deducted from the amount you send)
  • International wire: $50 (deducted from the amount you send)

Currency: Zero Hash only accepts USD. If your bank account is in another currency, ask your bank to convert it to USD before sending.
