3 Key Vault Onboarding for Standard members

Casa Standard members can purchase a one hour, one-on-one 3 Key Vault Onboarding session with an Advisor at Casa, who can assist with the setup of your 3-key vault.

This article goes over what to expect during your session.

Purchase a session

You may add on an Onboarding session for your 3-key vault when you are checking out with a Standard membership plan. If you are already a Standard member that has not set up your vaults and would like assistance getting set up, you will see the option to purchase a 3 Key Vault Onboarding session from the Overview tab in the membership portal or from the Account tab in the Casa app.

After you complete your purchase, you will be prompted to download the Casa app and will see a list of items you will need for your onboarding: Computer or laptop device, hardware wallet device, appropriate dongles/connector cables. You will also need your mobile device.

If you are unsure about purchasing a hardware wallet device, you can find more information in this article.

Once you have your items ready, schedule a call. You will also see a booking link in the email confirmation. Once you've chosen your desired time slot, you will receive another email confirming the time of your onboarding.

Preparing for your session

Prior to your call, please collect the following items to ensure the call is successful:

  • Hardware wallet device
  • Associated dongles/connector cables*
  • Mobile device
  • Laptop/computer (logged into the Casa membership portal)

*It is important to use the specific dongle/connector cables matching your hardware wallet device and your computer as this can often be a cause of issues

Problems during your session

If you are not prepared at the beginning of the call, your Advisor will wait for you to locate the items and assist you for the remaining duration of the call. Your Advisor will do their best to complete your onboarding during the call despite any delays. If the appointment goes over time due to a non-Casa based problem, you may need to book a subsequent session.

If you have completed onboarding ahead of schedule, please feel free to use the remaining time to explore other topics. Your Advisor will be happy to assist until time runs out.
