Zero Hash Account Setup: What to Do If It Fails or Isn’t Approved
Zero Hash account set up failed or wasn’t approved
There are a few possible reasons:
- Additional review required → You’ll see an “Account Pending” message.
- Incomplete setup → The app will prompt you to “Finish account creation.”
- Unsupported jurisdiction → Check the list of supported jurisdictions here.
- Identity verification issue → You may have the option to retry verification in the app.
- Too many failed attempts → If you've tried 3 times, Zero Hash may block further attempts.
