Why Was My Zero Hash Account Locked or Disabled?

Zero Hash has full control over unlocking accounts. Casa cannot unlock users Zero Hash accounts.

  • Bank account issues:
    If your linked bank account has problems with ACH transactions being returned it could lead to your Zero Hash account being locked.
  • Compliance concerns:
    Zero Hash may lock an account if they suspect potential illegal activity or if your account is flagged during compliance checks. 

 

Withdrawal address was flagged
Your account may be locked if your withdrawal wallet address is associated with sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries. This can also include addresses linked to illicit activities such as money laundering, cybercrime, or entities under U.S. sanctions.

Unauthorized Returns:
When unauthorized returns are received, Zero Hash locks the end customer account in an effort to mitigate further risk.

  • Unusual activity:
    If your account shows sudden large transactions, unusual trading patterns, or activity from a different location, Zero Hash might lock it to prevent potential fraud.
