Vault owners and their recipients should regularly perform health checks.
But what exactly is a health check? In the Casa app, it's a simple way to ensure that your keys are ready to sign transactions securely. It's like giving your security setup a test run without actually making any transactions. With a health check, you can make sure all the components of your keys that you manage are in good shape, or 'healthy'.
We suggest doing these health checks on your setup at least twice a year, roughly every six months. Your app will remind you when it's time for a check-up.
