Health checks for Inheritance Recipients

As an Inheritance Recipient, you're responsible for performing health checks on the keys shared with you every six months. Casa will send you reminders when they're due.

To perform a Mobile Key health check

1. Open the Casa app and go to the Inheritance tab.
2. Select the vault shared with you.
3. Tap the Mobile Key, then tap Perform Health Check and follow the instructions.

Hardware Key health check (5-key and 6-key vault Recipients only)

1. Open the Casa app and go to the Inheritance tab.
2. Select the vault shared with you.
3. Tap the Hardware Key, then tap Perform Health Check and follow the instructions.

You'll need physical access to the hardware device to complete this check.
