This article is for Standard credit card subscriptions only. Premium members and Private Clients should reach out to their client advisor for assistance cancelling their subscription.
If you paid for your annual Casa membership using an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store on your iPhone, please see How to cancel your Apple subscription.

For Standard credit card subscriptions:
All other Standard members who have a subscription directly with Casa are able to cancel their membership as a self-service option available by logging into your Casa account through our web app here:
From that web portal, click or tap "Billing"
In your billing settings, you'll see a "Cancel Membership" button under your plan name.
If you've already been charged and would like a refund, you can request one within 15 days of being charged by submitting a support request.
What if I want to delete my account?
Canceling your membership is not the same as deleting your Casa account. Canceling your membership simply limits your features in the Casa app, but does not get rid of any data in our system. Deleting your account does scrub the information we have for you on file, including wallet activity, etc.
