If you'd ever like to cancel your Casa membership or downgrade your membership to a different tier, access to your funds will NOT be frozen or restricted.
We will never--in fact, we can never--stand between you and your funds
All Casa members with a direct subscription can cancel their membership through a convenient self-service option.
While all membership levels can cancel directly, we still encourage Premium members and Private Clients to book a call with their client advisor before cancelling for personalized support and to ensure a smooth transition.
If you purchased your annual Casa membership through an in-app purchase, you’ll need to cancel it through the platform you used:

How to cancel on the Casa mobile app:
- Log into your account and go to "Settings" (cog wheel on top left corner)
- Tap your email
- Tap "Manage Subscription"
- Tap "Cancel Membership"
How to cancel on the Casa web app:
- Log into your Casa account through our web app (https://app.keys.casa/)
- Click or tap "Billing"
- Click or tap the "Cancel Membership" button under your plan name
If you've already been charged and would like a refund, you can request one within 15 days of being charged by submitting a support request.
What if I want to delete my account?
Canceling your membership is not the same as deleting your Casa account. Canceling your membership simply limits your features in the Casa app, but does not get rid of any data in our system. Deleting your account does scrub the information we have for you on file, including wallet activity, etc.
