      Free Trial

      Casa offers a 30-day free trial for first-time members to experience key features of our Standard Tier, including Bitcoin vaults, pay keys, and inheritance setup.

      What’s Included in the Free Trial?

      During the 1-month free trial, users have full access to key features of the Casa app:

      3-Key Bitcoin Vault

      Secure your Bitcoin with our 3-key security setup. This multi-signature feature provides added protection for your assets.


      Pay Key

      Manage and use both BTC and ETH pay keys. These enable secure and easy transactions.

      Inheritance Setup

      Configure your inheritance plan to ensure the secure transfer of your digital assets.


      Note: ETH and altcoin 3 key vaults are not available during the trial. To set up a ETH vault reach out to CS to purchase your full standard membership early. 


      Free Trial Details

      • This trial applies to first-time memberships only.
      • After the 1 month free trial, if not canceled, users will be automatically enrolled in the Standard Plan with annual billing.
      • ETH and altcoin vaults are restricted during the trial period.

      After the trial, users are automatically enrolled in the Standard Plan with an annual subscription, unless canceled. 



      How to Cancel the Free Trial

      If you wish to cancel your free trial before it converts to a paid membership, follow these steps based on your subscription method:

      Cancel via Apple (iOS)

      1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
      2. Tap your Apple ID at the top (your name).
      3. Select Subscriptions.
      4. Find and select Casa from the list.
      5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.

      Cancel via Google (Android)

      1. Open the Google Play Store app.
      2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.
      3. Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
      4. Locate Casa in the list.
      5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

      Cancel for Credit Card Payments

      1. Log in to your Casa account from app.keys.casa.
      2. Go to the Billing section.
      3. Under Subscription Details, click Manage Subscription.
      4. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the steps to confirm.

      Please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the annual subscription.


      Once you cancel your payment method will not be charged at the end of your free trial.
